Comprehensive Travel Medical, Cancellation and Interruption Insurance is mandatory. You have the option to purchase the comprehensive student policy through Global Journeys or provide our office with your Insurance contact information and policy number, shortly after applying and no later than December 1st.

Cost of Travel Medical & Cancellation Insurance:

• $225 for Bermuda/Costa Rica Credit Programs
  
• $325 for Britain, Europe Trek, France, Italy, Iceland & Norway Credit Programs
  
• $375 for Australia & New Zealand, Ecuador, Morocco, & Southeast Asia Credit Programs
  
• $255 for Volunteer Programs

Once you Submit your Application, a Payment Page will appear which you must complete if you are paying with VISA or MASTERCARD.

Input your payment amount which should include the Deposit of $1600 and the Insurance Premium if applicable (cost as noted above).

Travel/Insurance related Payments are processed through STS Travel - TICO Reg # 4077491

A staff member will contact you to acknowledge receipt of your application and payment and to confirm space. If space is not available our staff will notify you and provide you with other options or a full refund.

The deposit amount will be deducted from your total balance and an invoice will be forwarded to you.

Please Note:
For Summer Programs:
Dec 1 - Your 2nd Deposit will be due
March 25 - Your Final Balance will be due

For March Break Volunteer Programs:
Deposit is due on application and final balance is due January 30.
